NDIS Psychology In Your Language.

Assessments and support for children and adults.

For Parents, Carers and Support Coordinators

  • Are you a parent, carer or support coordinator looking for ways to help someone build everyday skills and confidence?
  • Do you support a participant who finds daily routines, social connection or communication hard?
  • Are you trying to navigate NDIS processes and coordinate therapy without it taking over your life?

At ProActive Psychology, we work alongside participants, families and support teams to provide accessible, evidence-informed psychological support. We know how exhausting the NDIS system can be — so we help with the admin, the reports and the reviews too.

Our focus is on each person’s own goals, strengths and preferences, working together to support wellbeing, participation and independence, at a pace that feels right for them.

For Participants

  • Do you need a hand with everyday tasks, or feel worn out and not sure why?
  • Are you finding it hard to get support that actually gets you, or feeling alone in it?
  • Would you like to join in more, or feel more confident speaking up for what you need?
  • Confused about NDIS processes, or unsure where to start?

We listen, and we work alongside you at your pace. You won’t need to explain yourself over and over, and nothing you say is going to shock us.

Our support is neurodiversity-affirming. We won’t try to change who you are — we help you build practical skills, communication and confidence in the areas of life that matter most to you.

You’re the expert on your own life. We’re here to help you build on your strengths, whatever your ability, age or background.

We Care for All Abilities, and Minds

Finding the right support can feel complicated. We’re here to make it clearer and more manageable, providing caring psychology for people of all abilities and backgrounds.

For more than 15 years, we’ve provided respectful, individual support focused on wellbeing, participation and inclusion.

We’re a registered NDIS provider who understands the funding categories and handles the paperwork — so you can focus on what matters, not the admin.
