Experienced in supporting children for over 15 years, our team has provided early support to local children and families, working alongside them through worry, sadness, stress, big emotions and everyday struggles.

The STAR4-Kids Program offers free psychological support for children aged 3 to 12 who are experiencing, or at risk of, mild to moderate difficulties such as anxiety, low mood or stress. It’s designed for families who find it hard to access Better Access (Medicare) services.
Eligible participants must live within the South Western Sydney (PHN) region. This covers several local government areas and their postcodes, including Fairfield, Liverpool, and the former Bankstown (now part of Canterbury-Bankstown).
The program provides up to 12 hours of free psychological support with a qualified mental health professional experienced in working with children.

Stay informed on how your child is going, and where a little extra support might help.
Engaging, play-based sessions that help children take part in a way that feels natural.
Arrange a supportive first session with our caring psychologists to understand your child's strengths and where they need a hand. It's a chance to get real insight into how your child is feeling.
After that first chat, we put together a simple plan built around your child's needs — using what we've learned to help build their confidence and coping skills, with a kind and thoughtful approach.
As your child works through their plan, we aim to help them build confidence and coping skills at their own pace, so everyday ups and downs feel a little more manageable.
