Free, practical support for adults with everyday stress, worry and low mood. No referral needed.
When stress, worry, or low mood build up, everything gets harder, like sleeping, focusing, and feeling close to the people you love.
And when support costs too much, only comes in English, or doesn’t understand your family, your faith, or your culture, it’s easy to keep putting it off.
So the thoughts that make the heart heavy stay heavy. You carry them alone, longer than you should.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Side by Side is for the worries that build up before they become bigger.
It’s early, everyday support. A first step toward feeling calmer and staying well.
Feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or not yourself — that’s what this program is for.
If you need more than that, you won’t be turned away without a next step. Your psychologist will help you find the right service. Either way, you’ll leave with somewhere to go.
You shouldn’t have to explain yourself twice, or hide part of who you are to get help. We understand how tiring it is to look for support that fits — the language, the cost, the worry about being judged. We know reaching out can feel like a big step.

You and your psychologist work through simple, proven skills at a pace that feels right — so you can feel calmer and more like yourself again.
